Indications for Surgery: Symptomatic, enlarging Cholesterol Granulomma of the ear and/or skull base

Anesthesia: General

Surgical Time: 1-4 hours

Hospital Admission: 1-3 days, occasional outpatient surgery

Surgical Procedure: Middle Fossa and mastoid approach to remove the fluid-filled mass and to provide drainage to the middle ear if possible.
