The CEI Santa Rosa office closed on December 19th, 2008.

Patients who wish to continue receiving care from CEI physicians may visit our
San Ramon or Palo Alto offices.

Patients who wish to transfer their care to other providers should call 650.462.3107
to arrange for copies of their records to be sent to their new medical care providers.
