California Ear Institute brings premier hearing-related services to Santa Rosa
We are proud to announce the opening of a state of the art hearing device center offering the best in digital hearing aids, surgically implantable hearing aids, assistive listening devices, Cochlear Implants, and communications devices for adults and children in our Santa Rosa Office. This new office extends our existing hearing related service to the greater San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Concord, Marin, Napa, and Sonoma Bay Area.
With over 40 years of experience, CEI has provided these services for patients in the Bay Area from Headquarters in Palo Alto as well as in other sites in the East Bay such as San Ramon. The offering provides, available for the first time, a complete selection of technologies available to treat hearing impairment in the North Bay in a single location. CEI has been in Santa Rosa for 2 years next to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital on Sotoyome Avnue.
Joining and heading the effort is Dr. Christy Cooper Au.D., an Audiologist with expertise in diagnostic testing and hearing device fitting in children and adults. With California Assembly Bill 2651 coming into law January 1, 2008, CEI is uniquely qualified to evaluate and treat hearing impairment in infants identified with this newly mandated infant hearing screening process. In one location Medical Doctors, Audiologists, and Surgeons will be available to offer solutions to those with hearing impairment.
